• Hopefully you will get your tracking number if for any reason you do not receive your parcel please DM us on TikTok or email on kekegiftbox@gmail.com
• Returns and refunds - I am a small business all sales are final, unless an item is faulty, please report with 14 days of purchase with a photo of item and i will endeavour to either replace or refund 
• We ship internationally - however shipping costs should be worked out by this site (if not we will be in touch with P&P)
  
• All orders are filmed - please provide your name / nickname 
• Items can be customised to your preference / wish and character 
• If certain characters are not in stock you may have to wait between 10-14 days for your item to be sent to you - however we will make sure its super Kawaii!
